Why a Ocelot?

Salvador Dalí kept a pet ocelot named Babou, who traveled with him to galleries, restaurants, and on cruise ships. When a fellow diner once expressed alarm, Dalí calmly explained it was just a regular cat that he had painted to look exotic.
